Privacy policy.

This policy explains what personal information Intensky LLC dba YW3 (“YW3,” “we,” “us”) collects through yw3.co, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: info@yw3.co.
1. Information you give us
When you use Brief Us or email us, we collect what you choose to send: your first and last name, company, work email, the service you’re interested in, your message and any file you attach. We use it to respond, to evaluate and discuss the opportunity, and to keep a record of our business conversations.
2. Information collected automatically
- Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, and Google Analytics 4, which uses cookies to measure visits, pages viewed, approximate location, device and referral source. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy, and you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- Hosting and security. Our site is delivered by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and request logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Fonts. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the fonts are requested.
3. Embedded content and advertising
Some case studies include embedded posts and videos from YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and X. When you view them, those platforms may collect information and set cookies under their own privacy policies.
To measure and improve our marketing, we may use advertising tools such as the LinkedIn Insight Tag. It uses cookies to report campaign performance and form submissions to LinkedIn and to help us reach relevant professional audiences. You can manage LinkedIn advertising preferences in your LinkedIn settings, and block third-party cookies in your browser.
Our site does not load advertising tags when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. You can also turn them off for this browser here:
4. How we use information
- To respond to briefs, inquiries and job applications.
- To operate, secure and improve the site.
- To understand how the site is used, in aggregate.
- To measure and improve our marketing.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- service providers who help us run our business, such as Google Workspace for email, files and records, and Cloudflare for hosting, all under contract;
- our professional advisers;
- authorities, where the law requires it;
- a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
Where advertising cookies are in use, this may count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out with the control in section 3, with Global Privacy Control, or by emailing us.
6. How long we keep it
We keep brief submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to pursue and document the business relationship, and as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. After that we delete it or keep it only in de-identified form.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop using it for marketing, by emailing info@yw3.co.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights:
- California residents may have the right to know, delete and correct, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, without discrimination.
- People in the EU and UK may also have the right to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to complain to a supervisory authority.
We will verify and respond to requests as the law requires. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
10. International visitors
YW3 is based in the United States. Information you send us is processed in the United States and wherever our service providers operate.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
